Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Carefully pack your items in their original condition and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

  Ship the Item

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
